4. User Conduct
Users agree to use the Marketplace only for lawful purposes. Any misuse, including spam, harassment, or fraudulent activity, may result in suspension or permanent removal from the site.
5. No Endorsement or Guarantee
The Marketplace does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any Vendor, product, or service listed. All transactions and communications between Vendors and Users occur independently of the Marketplace.

All liability is expressly waived by both Vendors and Users. Use of the Marketplace is at your own risk.
7. Intellectual Property

Personal information collected through the Marketplace is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Vendors and Users are responsible for safeguarding their own data and communications.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Marketplace for any reason, including violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
